Sea Lavie Homestay@Kota Kinabalu (海旅维)

Second time staying in JQ, same corner layout/sea view but different host. For wear and tear, host's decorative sense is definitely the reason why I booked from them - It has been a lovely stay for a week with my family with Sea Lavie. Communication was seamless and everything was just comfort to the max. TV was able to connect to Netflix etc, so it was great. Wifi was great too. Kitchen is equipped with everything (basics) that you need. Great that they have washing machine as it makes life so much easier than taking down to the laundromat.

General wear and tear (i.e. floorboards and sofa bed) but understandable when tenants don't give as much care. some remote didn't have the batteries too, so would be great when resetting for next tenant to make sure it's full with batteries? :) Still not happy that free parking is not included. :(

Pas rideau dans la grande réveiller top le matin. Il aurait été judicieux de nous donner le point exact de l’établissement, cela aurait éviter de faire tourner le Taxi et de chercher l’adresse exacte. Il y avait des travaux à côté de l’établissement, mais le propriétaire n’y est pour rien. La piscine n’est pas exceptionnelle.
