Great location and very easy to get to — it took us less than 15 minutes from the airport. The unit has lovely views from three sides, overlooking the sunset, the harbour, and Kota Kinabalu city. Plenty of towels were provided, together with shampoo and shower gel. There are also restaurants, laundromats, and convenience stores on the ground floor, which was really convenient. Great Internet connection. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A few areas that could be improved.. The check-in instructions were a little confusing and seemed somewhat incomplete, and we only fully understood the process after calling the owner for clarification. The parking fee was also quite expensive, and no parking access card was provided. We were told that the cards were limited and that we should have informed the owner in advance, although we were not asked beforehand whether we would be bringing a car. Another thing to note is that the lifts can get very crowded during peak check-out hours, so it would be advisable to leave a little earlier. Despite these minor issues, the unit itself was comfortable, conveniently located, and offered very nice views.

El apartamento es amplio para una familia de 4, y está bien equipado. La zona de la piscina está muy bien, y suele estar muy tranquila la mayor parte del día. Tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

El gimnasio es bastante pobre.

A place to relax and feels like at home and be able to spend quality time with family members.
