Aircon very efficient
No clothes airer. Cleaner’s still cleaning after check in time. Couldn’t get the water dispenser to run cold only boiling. Probably not using it properly though

Convenient a lot of shops below
Give clearer parking instructions so that guests won't have to pay for the parking before they get the access card
Living room aircond unable to cool sofa seating
Provide floor mat if you don't want guests to use the towel as the floor mat
Provide Full body mirror
Put clearer instructions on where the garbage should be thrown
