It was very near to the Jesselton Harbour , that it was perfect for us as we went to the islands a couple of days. Many restaurant options nearby. Nice pool with an amazing sunset. Quick elevators to reach any floor.
The building smelt most of the time very bad (the entrance and the hallway). We had no water on the first night, but it was solved the day after. Would have been better for us if we had an extra key/card. No balcony and little windows, so it was hard to change the air of the apartment.

The property is in downtown center so it's very convenience to walk to malls and jetty and all the downtown activities. There are restaurants, cafes and stores in the condo building so no worry to run out of food or drinks when you stay there.
The swimming pool water is not that clear/clean. The building have a sewerage smell, not too strong but for sensitive people it may not feel that nice. The sofa in our unit is not very comfortable, felt like you are seating on the sofa frame. The mattress is very soft type, and wish there were more pillows for the bed.

The location was excellent as we wanted something near to SICC. Property was very clean, towels provided and check in and check out process was very smooth
There was no water filter, shower gel and shampoo. Booked for 4 persons but 1 single mattress was not that comfy. The were 4 mugs that were mix n match but that was fine
