location is within the city and near various restaurants, malls and shopping centres. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room looking at the sea was great.

Our neighbour next door making so much noise even in the middle of the night. The noise from some one slamming the doors was very irritating. Hence it has disturbed my sleep and the quietness in the middle of the night. The kitchen stove was not working . Hence we cannot use for cooking. So we have to make do with the micro wave oven.

The room was very well maintained and very clean

The view and the cleanliness were overall good. The collection and return of the key was very easy and very convinient, using lockers system in the top floor with a pass code privided by the owner.

The building lift has a serious issue. It stopped midway and lights went off which was scary. The building management did not seem surprised when we called them, and they did not even bother to ask if we were doing fine. The apartment layout is not nice, it os rather congested. They converted part of the living space into kids room with 1 single bed + bunker bed with a sliding partition. The sofa is not comfortable and too small + it is set in a weird way, off center of the TV. TV too small. Beds provided for 5 people but the dining table has 4 chairs only. No tissue paper. Poor sound insulation. The neighbours above were very noisy till late hour. No drinking water... for those who check-in late make sure you find a 24/7 store before checking in. The owner sent a long NOT TO DO list one of the subjects was to take off shoes before entering home, Which we could do if only they provide slippers. I am not sure how the owner expect us to walk barefoot, especially in the toilet? Some.bedsheets were stained. Kinds bunker bed blankets were very old. No tall mirror. Minimum and bery basic/ commercial furnitures and chandeliers. No washing machine. No wardrobe. Almost no hangers. No clothes dryer stand or retractable line. 2 bottles of liquid soap in the bathroom with no labels. Not sure which one is shower gel and with one is shampoo. No pen no paper to take or leave notes. We paid 270 ringgit a night for this apartment while the week before we stayed in the same area (neighbour building) at 150 ringgit a night only, the view was descent too (see view but small windows) but everything else was amazing. Room service + garbage bags and 2 bottles of water provided every day. Sadly the room was fully booked the second week.
