“While the apartment offers several conveniences, there are some drawbacks. The ironing facilities are limited, with only a steam iron provided and no proper ironing board. Dishwashing and hand wash amenities are absent, and tenants must purchase their own garbage bags. Parking is not included in the rental and requires additional payment, which could be improved by providing a parking access key. Despite these issues, the apartment overall remains a good option.”
