Strategic location at the centre of KK City
Checking in is quite hassle, have to meet the staff instead of self check in so the process is quite slow. Toilet has no bidet. Access card only given 1 despite we booked and paid for 2 car parks, and property having 3 bedrooms which means we need more than 1 card for ease of entry. Aircond isn’t cool but this is understandable, maybe it suddenly didn’t work.
