The view , less noisy and easy to check in/out.

I'm very confused with the washing machine and there's a lot of bugs in the bed that every time we need to go to sleep, we have to clean it out. It's pretty exhausting and annoying. The bed should be clean from any bugs.

房间内有异味，感觉是下水管道出来的，希望得以改进。另外楼下海边那个菜市场每天早上5点大喇叭准时开唱是什么鬼？

The toilet needs to be scrub and the sink kinda smell. There's many people living in the building so waiting for lift will be longer.

Location was great, great views. Nice water dispenser in the apartment and was really helpful to have a washing machine.

Received 28 WhatsApp messages with photos and videos of instructions was so confusing and annoying! They sent a CHILD who did not speak English to pass us the access card so we could not even ask any questions. They tried to charge us for check-in after 5pm which was not according to terms of the booking and check-in time was supposed to be until 23:00. “Second bedroom” was really just a box with a bed! Literally not one inch of space between the bed and walls and door! Half the lifts were not working and with the building full of short stay guests, the lifts always took a very long time!! Not enough glasses/ cups in the apartment. If you really wanted to eat in the apartment, it would have been difficult with what was provided.
