It was a cozy homestay that me and my family wouldn't mind coming back to again next time. The host provided almost everything for our stay to make it really feel homey. For some of the complaints regarding the long-wait for the elevator and some strong smell coming from the bathroom during the day though, we didn't experience any of those complaints ourselves.

Very clean, almost new, apartment in the city centre. Easy to reach by taxi from airport. All kind of markets, shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly host/owner explained everything. The apartment is well equiped, the washing machine came in handy.
The big building that this apartment is part of is located near the shoreline of KoKi, thus it's near the flightpath to & from BKI airport. Personally, I would have developed this building somewhere else.

・町の中心部にあり、市場やショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内であること。
・キッチンも完備されていて自炊可能であること。
・洗濯機があり便利。荷物を減らすことも可能。
・スマートTVがありyou tube等が見れること。
・エレベーターで待たされる。
・浴室のシャワー部の水圧が弱く、シャワー以外の洗面所、キッチンてばお湯が出ないこと。
・夜中に火災警報が鳴り避難を強いられた。(結局何事もなかったですが)
・オーシャンビューとはいいながら、中庭部分から少し見れる程度でやや閉塞感がある。
