We loved the 2-br unit. The last two years we rented a studio unit (on the 18th flr) at The Shore from someone else , but this time we wanted to stay in a bigger unit with a balcony. The 2-br unit is much better than those small studios. It has plenty of storage space.
-Also, the 12th floor is much quicker to get to from the lobby. You can also take the stairs to the pool.
-ZHI provided room cleaning every 5 days, with tissue and toilet tissue replenished. Also, they have a water dispenser in the unit so we didn't have to buy and carry big bottles of water or rolls of toilet paper back. -The host was very responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely stay at this ZHI unit again.
-Shower water never got hot.
-Couch was uncomfortable

Room not cleaned well. Beds incredibly uncomfortable like a brick.
