La Cachette du Port! -Avec parking au Port de Nice

The property was excellently located for tourist activities, 10 minutes walk from Port Lympia and 20 minutes from old town and the beach. There was good space and storage and it was comfortable, modern and very clean, with a balcony and facilities for washing clothes. Delia was an excellent host, easy to contact and came to show us around the property, leaving some treats for guests upon arrival.

Nothing. It was fabulous for our stay, but for older people or people who are less mobile, be aware there are 61 steps to the apartment.

Très bien placé à côté de la gare de Nice Riquier et à 15-20 minutes à pied du vieux nice et promenade des anglais. Tout était propre avec Clim et lave linge

It's a beautiful apartment with airco next to the port of Nice. It had everything we needed for a weekly stay; we were very warmly welcomed by the host. Comfy bed, spacious place and well equipped. And don't forget the car parking is included! Stress free stay.

If I have to note one thing; there is no elevator and it's three stories up. Not for everyone.

The location was superb, a short 2min walk to the supermarket, the port, and the tram line to the airport/town centre. There is a lot of good cafes and restaurants close by too. It’s also very near the promenade, and old town of Nice. We did a lot of day trips and the property’s proximity to Nice Rique station and the no.15 bus stop was perfect. Our host was very accommodating and made checking in and out a very smooth process, and also reached out for any updates in the area (I.e free public transport days).
