One bedroom apartment with terrace , Port de Nice , ideal location

Our stay was very pleasant. The location is great and Josephine is very friendly. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Josephine was very lovely, she met us on arrival at the nearest tram spot and walked us to the apartment, explaining nearby places of interest and how to use the keys. The apartment location is extremely convenient to major bus and tram stops and is just a 20-minute walk to the train station (Nice-Riquier). There are plenty of good quality restaurants nearby, particularly by the port. There are also a few supermarkets nearby too. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, and best of all is the air con in the bedroom and living - vital in the summer heat. Towels, toilet roll and hair dryer are provided but remember to bring your own wash stuff. Josephine also came to apartment at check-out time to collect the keys and say goodbye. A very warm and welcoming host.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the heart of Nice. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped – it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, so we lacked nothing. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, who showed us around the apartment, explaining everything thoroughly. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome – water and various French snacks – which was a great touch after our trip. The hostess was very good – she was always available and responded quickly to messages. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would gladly return.

The location is ideal to walk around the port, the beach and the city centre. Fully airconditioned to accommodate the summer heat. The host is kind and available.

We had issues with the towels which were full of yellow/black/blue stains. We informed the host who brought us new ones immediately, but unfortunately those had stains as well. The 3rd batch of towels had only yellow stains, the host said that they were washed but the stains come from the bleach. It was a quite unpleasant surprise, although the host reacted quickly, unfortunately not completely resolving the issue (I would advise buying new towels, it’s not acceptable giving the guests towels with stains). The apartment wasn’t very clean either, we found balls of hair in the kitchen sink, the washing machine door was extremely dirty, etc. The mattress of the bed was extremely soft, and the mattress of the couch was curved. Unfortunately none of us had a restful sleep.
