Gita fuori porta gruppo di amici

Struttura molto grande, comoda per gruppi di amici, noi eravamo in otto, sono stati fondamentali 3 bagni, anche se in realtà al piano di sopra c’era un bagno in più, noi non l’abbiamo usato perché era troppo distaccato dall’appartamento. Anche la posizione va bene, con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si arriva in centro.

Appartamento spoglio, c’era il minimo indispensabile, zero arredamento. Quando si entrava si sentiva un odore sgradevole, pulizia da migliorare.

Alloggio grande nonostante fosse molto spartano e senza molti comfort

La struttura era fredda perché i termosifoni non funzionavano (nonostante 2 telefonate per comunicarlo) e c'erano solo dei convettori che non scaldavano i bagni.Gli utensili da cucina erano sporchi e scarsi. Le scale nella parte comune erano sporche. L'arredamento era molto spartano e senza mobili in cui riporre i vestiti. La struttura è molto da rivedere

La posizione poco fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile con bus o una passeggiata di circa 20min.

Ancora non adatta a ricevere ospiti, ambiente spoglio, pareti da imbiancare e tanti fori o buche sui muri, ma ciò che è stato sgradevole era la polvere e pavimenti molto sporchi. Cucina poco attrezzata con utensili ( pentole e caffetteria ) non adatto ai fornelli presenti nell’appartamento ossi a induzione.

Mega duży apartament 😀 za dobrą cenę.

Obiet w 100% spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Powierzchnia jest bardzo duża. Liczba łazienek jest wystarczająca dla gości. W kazdej ciepła woda. Każdy miał przestrzeń dla siebie. W każdym pokoju była pościel i ręczniki oraz dodatkowe koce. Apartament jest oddalony ok 20 min pieszo do centrum. Blisko jest sklep Carefour otwarty od 8.00- 20.00. Kontakt z agencja która wynajmuje apartament był bardzo szybki i bezproblemowy a instrukcje co do zameldowania i innych wymaganych formalności przekazanych przed przyjazdem przekazane jasno i prosto. Apartament nie posiada widy i jest usytuowany na 2 piętrze budynku. Wyposażenie apartamentu jest bardzo podstawowe. Niewiele mebli, wyposażenia kuchni itp. Natomiast wystarczyło nam to na krótki pobyt ponieważ cały dzien zwiedzaliśmy Florencję. Dokupiliśmy płyn do naczyń, gąbkę, cukier, herbatę. W apartamencie po poprzednikach pozostała kawa. Brakowało nam ociekacza do naczyń. ( był w szafie ale bez podstawki) musieliśmy na bieżąco po umyciu od razu wycierać naczynia i chować do szafy. Nie było ścierek kuchennych dlatego używaliśmy małych ręczników. Natomiast ww. rzeczy nie wpłynęły absolutnie na nas negatywnie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z apartamentu. To są drobne rzeczy które można poprawić.
