Lovely studio in original finca

Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Nadine war perfekt. Der Stil des Gebäude. Lanzarote Stil. Hohe Decken. Riesen Bett und grosser Fernseher.Ideal für Fernsehabende. Die Lage für Hundebesitzer war genial. Unser Rufo konnte frei laufen.Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Austattung des Apartments war mit dem nötigsten vorhanden.Wunderschöner Baum im gemeinschaftlichen Innenhof. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter an alle die es etwas einfacher mögen und für ein paar Tage bleiben. Für Hundebesitzer super!

Die gemeinschaftliche Außenküche war nicht so unser Ding. Wussten wir aber vorher. 2 Herdplatten und Mikrowelle, ein paar Pfannen und Töpfe sind vorhanden sowie Teller und Besteck waren vorhanden.

Le studio avait beaucoup de charme, j'y serais bien restée plus longtemps. Le lit était très confortable et j'ai apprécié la bouillotte pour me réchauffer. J'ai adoré la douche sous le puits de jour ! J'ai découvert le charme de la cour le lendemain matin, vraiment très joli. Il y a une cuisine à l'extérieur.

Je suis arrivée de nuit et j'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l'accès en contre-bas de la route. On entend le son des voitures car on est proches de la route et il faut bien ranger sa nourriture car j'ai eu la visite d'une petite souris durant la nuit. Personnellement, je me suis vite débrouillée pour la faire sortir et tout s'est très bien passé. C'est un logement ancien qui donne sur cour, on peut s'y attendre.

Kommunikation nur auf Spanisch möglich. Die Zufahrt ist nicht ordentlich ausgeschildert. Ein Hinweisschild auf der Straße wär äußerst hilfreich!

The location is excellent for visits (using a car) to any location in the southern part of the island. It is quiet - in fact so well hidden we had difficulty initially finding it. There are four apartments around a central sheltered courtyard which includes the shared. outdoor, cooking facilities - we had no problems when we cooked every day (the weather was excellent for our January stay). There is a huge eucalyptus providing shade. Outside are cultivated lava beds and, inevitably, an ex-volcano - all very photogenic. Our room had basic kettle facilities and, importantly, a superbly comfortable bed. The adjoining bathroom had, equally importantly, an excellent shower with virtually instant and seemingly copious hot water. There was a drying frame in the yard for any washing or towels that needed drying. Our hostess Nadine was very friendly and visited us on our first evening and replied immediately to Whatsapp messages. There were good supplies of useful items such as spare toilet paper bags and the communal bins in the yard were emptied regularly.

We found the booking.com system of only supplying the door code on the day of arrival was not helpful - we were out of internet connection while travelling and had to Whatsapp Nadine when we arrived and were sitting outside. The house is actually below the level of the road and the only sign is the house number 104 on the gatepost facing south (not visible when coming from the north) hence our initial difficulty in locating it.
