The property is spotless & in a relaxing peaceful area but only a few minutes walk to the old town. I stay in Lanzarote a lot but this is the place I will be returning too when it’s available. The host is a gentleman I rate this 12/10. Perfect stay.

Great location in a lovely and silent street on the hill.
Walking distance to the center and beach.
Very spacious living room + kitchen.
Very random furniture combination, but still ok.
Almost no kitchen supplies.
No spare toilet paper.
Not very clean floor.
Shower curtain should be replaced.

Location was good, we didn't mind the walk up. When we had a problem with the electric someone came out and sorted no problem.
Couple of drinks there for when we arrived.
When we arrived there was no information left about the property, the whole 10days we didn't even glimpse the pool as we had no idea where it was so some sort of layout of the complex would have been good. The place was clean but could so with a freshen up. No storage space to hang clothes.
