Perfect location in Florence with very simple and easy check in! Hosts were easy to contact and very responsive / helpful. Room was nicely done out and very modern with a comfortable bed. Really good value compared to other properties in such a great location for exploring Florence! Would recommend :)
The property was located close to very loud bars which were really noisy at night until around 1am. We could hear this clearly from our room and it did disturb our sleep. Understand this is not the fault of the property but just something to be aware of!

It was a bit hard to find but when did, we were so happy with the location! Everything is walking distance! Room was big and comfortable! Dimitri is an amazing host! We did not have hot water on the first night but he answered right away and made sure to fix in the morning while we were out! Even with little issues, I would stay there again.
If you’re staying during the weekend, be aware that there is a bar close by. People are loud until 2 am. You can hear your neighbors. We even knew what they were watching and the other room , we knew it was a girl that was coughing the whole night.
