Air con in the room was excellent, spacious bathroom, very spacious accommodation and a very comfy bed.

Nothing.

The location is excellent. The room overall was neat and clean with pleasant modern design. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was a life saver because it was 37 degrees outside. The check-in was fast and smooth and the instructions were very straightforward.

What was weird that the bathroom did not have a single towel hanger. From the toiletries there was only a liquid soap. No shampoo or conditioner, not even plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. I was there only for one night but these kind of details could create inconveniences if you you plan to stay longer.

The room was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave.

Check in and the room are at 2 seperate locations so if you’re travelling with any luggage you need to wheel, make sure you have transport to both locations, I had to wheel mine from check in to the room and it was NOT a fun experience. Once at the room, you have to climb four stories of stairs with luggage, all the while the staircase circles an elevator you don’t have access to was beyond frustrating. The stairwell is also in complete darkness at most times of the day sans a few times light switches along the way. Once inside the actual “hotel” the hallways smelt of sewage, thankfully that didn’t permeate into the room.

Excellent and very central location, nice clean room

Service could be improved: I messaged twice during two days about having an adaptor for the iron and no one replied so no solution found. Would be nice to have glasses for water in the room and something like a table/shelf in bathroom to put toiletries. No possibilities to have the second pair of key.
