Perfect location in Florence. Walking distance to sights and great restaurants. Loved the decor and the room was comfortable
The bars on the street can get quite loud late into the night (recommend bringing earplugs). Lack of hooks to hang up wet towels

Superb location and fabulous space.

Excellent and very central location, nice clean room
Service could be improved: I messaged twice during two days about having an adaptor for the iron and no one replied so no solution found. Would be nice to have glasses for water in the room and something like a table/shelf in bathroom to put toiletries. No possibilities to have the second pair of key.
