Renting a house with a crappy water heater for $250 a night isn't worth it.
There's no hot water, the bathtub's dirty, my husband took a shower and then I took a shower with very cold water. Be careful, only one person can take a shower at a time, so if someone wants to take one they'll die! In addition, the bathroom is freezing and doesn't have a heating system. Then, inside the house, there wasn't much to use; they ran out of hand lotion, dishwashing liquid, handkerchiefs, and paper after two times! I couldn't believe there was nothing in the house! Renting a house with a crappy water heater for $250 a night isn't worth it.

Woning in het Maggie dal. Ruime woning die goed verzorgd is. Het heeft 3 terrassen en een toegang tot de rivier. Keuken heeft een oven, inductiekookplaat en koelkast. De kamer een eettafel en een zitbank, helaas geen TV. De slaapkamer heeft een ruim en goed bed, een grote TV. Slaapkamer en woonkamer hebben een Airco. De wasmachine is een 3 kg machine, die werkt perfect.
De badkamer is gedateerd begin jaren 80, de wasbak met ombouw is nieuw, maar je moet douchen in het smalle ligbad, dat is niet handig. Parkeren is schuin aan de overkant van de weg, dat is een drukke weg en je moet geduld hebben om te kunnen oversteken.

Direkt an der Maggia
Anfahrt ganz einfach. Kommunikation sehr einfach und sehr gut..Die Lage an der Maggia war perfekt. Zugang direkt zum Fluss. 80m daneben ist ein schöner Sandstrand der nicht alle kennen. Schwimmen kann man da auch. Ausgangspunkt zu Ascona, Locarno oder das Verzascatal top. Wohnen alles vorhanden. Wenn die kleinen Mängel behoben werden ist das Preis auch ganz klar wieder gerechtfertigt. Danke für den Aufenthalt.
Die Pflanzen Umgebung und der Zugang zum Fluss könnte man ein wenig zurückschneiden. Die Lounge im Aussenbereich ist leider kaputt und muss ersetzt werden. Die Schläuche des Wassers der Klimaanlage im selben bereich sollten verlängert werden so das kein Wasser auf dem Boden tropft.
