The walk from the prive parking space to the house was on a public road, for us it wasn't a big issue.

Die Anzeige stimmt nicht mit der Realität

In der Anzeige stand, das es ein Haus ist. Das stimmte so nicht es ist eine Wohnung. Es sollte ein Privat Strand geben, was auch nicht der Wahrheitsgehalt entspricht. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Haus, war sehr gefährlich, an der Schnellstrasse entlang ohne Gehweg. Die Wohnung wurde sauber gemacht aber gegen Abend hat es so stark nach Hund gerochen. Wir haben für 7 Tage gebucht waren genau 14 Stunden in dem sogenannten Haus und sind abgereist. Wir haben uns bei Dino beschwert, er wollte sich darum kümmern, leider haben wir kein Geld oder eine Entschädigung zurückbekommen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht aber problematischer Straßenanbindung

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Maggia-Tal, besonders vom Balkon aus. Die obere Wohnung des Hauses hat eine gute Größe für 2 Personen + 1 Hund. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

1. Wir haben im Dezember für 7 Übernachtungen gebucht. Leider war die Ferienwohnung am Beginn ziemlich kalt und mit der Klimaanlage dauerte es 2 Tage bis es wohnlich wurde. 2. Oberhalb des Hauses ist eine vielbefahrene und enge Straße ohne Fussgängerweg. Der zugehörige PKW-Parkplatz (überdacht) ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Wir mussten bei jedem Kommen oder Gehen 100 m-Sprintläufe hinlegen mit Gepäck und Hund auf dem Arm. Dabei gab es wiederholt gefährliche Situationen mit dem Verkehr, die teilweise nur durch stoppen des Verkehrs aus beiden Richtungen gelöst werden konnten. Aus dem 2. Grund haben wir den Urlaub nach 4 Übernachtungen vorzeitig abgebrochen.
