Reserved parking space in garage. Bus stop, shops about 300m. The Maggia River with bathing facilities (rock, stone, gravel) is just about 800m and the beautiful beach in Ascona about 2,5 km away. The two very nice and challenging 18-hole golf courses Ascona and Losone are only about 2,5 km away. Bed/kitchen linen available. Washing machine and dryer for private use. Pets permitted.
