Amazing view and spacious apartment
Amazing view and walkable distance from the city center. However, the house is up on a hill, so be prepared to walk up the stairs everytime you visut the city. The apartment is spacious and well sound isolated, you dont even realize you have neighbors. I would love to stay there once again!
Kitchen is modern, but the tools for cooking are very limited. Not even a frying pan is available. Under the sofas and bed it was very dusty and dirty. It is not easy to find the way to the apartment by car and you must drive throught a closed street (you must contact the police in order to open the street). The agency could have provided the direction per email beforehand.

Beautiful Ascona Views when property was eventually located
Beautiful views over the lovely town of Ascona and a spacious apartment.
Two single beds pushed together resulted in falling through the gap in the middle of the night. Needed much better instructions to find the property, i.e. drive to the pedestrianised zone, press the button to lower the bollards, take the first right up the steep and winding road. Parking was tricky for a large car. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning although there was a multitude of blind window arrangements.
