About this apartment rental

Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno. The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place and car free (excluded feeder service).The apartment house with only 17 apartments spread over 3 floors is located in a sunny position on the border of the village. The apartment was renovated in 2010. Indoor swimming pool (ca. 6 x14m) for common use. Covered balcony with view on the mountains. Elevator. Driveway to house. Reserved covered parking. Bus with limited schedule ca. 200m. Bus stop to Locarno, shops, Lido Ascona and Golf course about 1 km. Village center and promenade about 1,2 km. Bed and kitchen linen available. Washing machine for common use. Baby cot until 2 years available. Pets permitted until max. 10 kg.

2013 new and modern furniture. Entrance. Living room with 1 sofa, fireplace, dining area with table, Sat-TV. Exit to the balcony with patio furniture and view on the mountains. Kitchen with modern cooking combination, e-stove, dishwasher, steamer. 1 bedroom with double bed and exit to the balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with tub, shower and toilet.
