Wonderful 2BR home, w/ comfy sofa, SMART TV & WIFI by 360 Estates

The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages of the apartment. It was close to the bus stop, the ferry, Valletta, St. Julian’s and other places we wanted to visit. The owner/property manager was also helpful and reacted quickly when we informed him that there were no towels and bed linen in the apartment.

Unfortunately, the apartment could have been better prepared before our arrival. Some basic kitchen items were missing, such as salt, pepper, proper pans and other useful things, and some dishes were not clean — for example, one of the glasses still had lipstick marks on it. The single beds in one of the rooms were also very noisy and unstable, which made it difficult to sleep, and overall the apartment did not feel as clean as it should have.

The position of the apartment close to the ferry, buses, restaurants or shops in Sliema. Good structure for 2 couples. For those interested in cooking, the apartment is quite well equipped. The people who manage the location respond quickly to requests. There were no problems with the elevator during the entire 10-night stay. Good quality Wi-Fi.

The sink drain in the bathroom of one of the bedrooms was found clogged. The problem was solved by us with the help of a pump found in the apartment. Lack of a shelf in the shower cabin. Noise produced by the installation when using the bathrooms. Lack of a luggage storage option after check-out.

We liked the apartment and location.

Instruction missleading and confusing: 1. Address information is incompleat: Number of the building's entrance is missing in instructions. It is 13A. 2. Key boxes are not marked, so it is not easy to find out which box belong to apartment 4. 3. Key box contains two keys  -  not only one, as stated in instruction 4. Something is wrong with the building key or lock. It should be finally fixed. (See earlier guests comments). 5. Instruction gives two codes. Confusing because only one box with two keys is to be open. I write this with hope that management will rectify mistakes in instruction and help future guests to enter this nice, but expensive apartment without unnecessary stress. 6. The safe box did not work. We asked for help, but no response. 7. Bathroom in master bedroom does not have any shelf to put toiletries 8. Apartment could be cleaner and have more toalet paper

This apartment is really well equipped. Very spacious and modern. Hot water all the time and Wi Fi is excellent.

Had a few problems with the lock on the entrance door. Really hard to open. Lock just needs a bit of adjustment.Hair dryer was faulty and dangerous but just needs replacing.
