The balcony is stunning

Needs more coat hangers and kitchen roll. Air con in sofa bed room didn’t work very well

Pleased that we were able to check in 2hrs earlier. Property beautiful with amazing views. Well equipped. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was good. Plenty of space for 5 of us.

Could not get the Tv to work. Normally we would bother but my boys were desperate to watch football. You can only get it work via WiFi. Toilet seat needs replacing badly! The main issue we had was the noise coming from the next building. Ongoing construction work with a heavy equipment used, drilling. We have contacted the property management team to find out what is going on as we have not been informed about the construction work and the noise was horrible. We could not enjoy the balcony or have any windows open. The following day the drilling has stopped and only some work carried out for the rest of our stay. Please be aware that it looks like it’s going to be a long ongoing construction site and double check before booking the apartment so we won’t get disappointed in arrival.

Die Aussicht über den Hafen auf Valetta ist grandios. Vor allem Abends ist es wunderschön.

Die Vermieter müssen dringend etwas ändern. Ich habe es noch nie erlebt dass ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 400€ auf der Kreditkarte gesperrt bekomme, um eventuelle Schäden abzudecken. Bin schon in sehr vielen Unterkünften gewesen aber so etwas hatte ich noch nie. Vor allem die Tatsache dass man uns nach unserem Urlaub mit einem gestellten Foto als Beweis 30€ für eine Defekte Lampe abziehen wollte hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Es wurden sogar die kompletten 400€ abgehoben. Am Ende habe ich alles Geld wiederbekommen. Aber ein solches gebahren ist mir noch nicht untergekommen. Sehr schade. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Einkaufen ist schnell erledigt da ein Supermarkt in der Nähe ist. Was uns nicht gefallen hat. Es ist dringend nötig den Toiletten Sitz des einen Badezimmers zu ersetzen. Sieht absolut eklig aus. Ansonsten einige defekte Lampen. Unschöne Möbel. Nicht funktionierende Beleuchtung im Backofen. Keine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Falsches Video für die Bedienung der Mikrowelle. Es gibt noch so einiges an Verbesserungen die gemacht werden müssen. Ich bin wirklich ein Urlauber der mit vielem Einverstanden ist und sich nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe bringen lässt aber dieser Urlaub war auf Grund der Behandlung der Gäste nicht so schön.
