I don't know why this lovely apartment has such a low overall rating. Accomodations, location, contact with the owner and responsiveness, courtesy and assistance, view, space, everything was excellent.
The deposit was a large amount but was returned immediately

No explanation 3 bedroom cond in great location
The blinds were broken in the living room and other maintenance items needed attention and we did not receive a response from the owner during our 6 night stay

Location- close to everything . clean an nice interior downstairs. Comfy beds , nice roof top terrace. Well equipped kitchen (except from a cutting board). Very good information in advance regarding directions, keys etc . And a booklet in the apartment with more explanations. Nice wine and snack for greetings a plus!
Nothing really ., but no curtains on all window upstairs (which makes it too bright) ,and some minor details - I.e not working curtains (electric) downstairs among some other things- make me not put higher score.

A lakás elhelyezkedése szuper. A felszereltsége is elfogadható. A szállásadó gyorsan reagál.
Nem elég tiszta, emellett az ágyak rettenetesen kényelmetlenek (ki vannak feküdve és nagyon puhák a matracok). A wifi nem működik csak a nappaliban. A jakuzzi beindításához nincs leírás. Légkondi nincs minden szobában, és fűtésre nincs lehetőség a fürdőben sem (ez nyilván a téli időpontos utazásnál releváns). A lakás nagyon huzatos. Az emeleti szobában nincs rendes sötétítő. A visszaigazoláskor 400 euróról szólt a deposit, ehhez képest 600-at kellett megfizetni egy, nem a bookinghoz kapcsolódó weboldalon, készpénzes fizetésre nem volt lehetőség. A környéken állandó az építkezés, így nagyon korán ébredsz fúrásra-faragásra. Az emeletre egy nagyon szűk és nagyon meredék lépcsőn kell felmenni.
