The apartment is located in the city center, right on the main avenue. In front of the apartment you have everything you need: the ferry connecting Sliema and Valletta, a bus station, a 24-hour grocery store on the same street, as well as restaurants and pastry shops—basically everything you might need. What I find most important is that the apartment is directly in the central starting point for exploring the area. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with water, juice, and a bottle of Merlot. The apartment is bright and colorful, with several balconies where you can relax and enjoy views directly onto the street and the sea.

The location is located in a busy area in Sliema, there were plenty of restaurants, shops and also very good access to public transport.

Extrem dreckiges Treppenhaus, Erdgeschoss voller Baumaterial, kein Aufzug - dieser lag tagelang zerlegt im Hausflur, Fugen in den Duschen teils schimmelig, Fliesen im Bad nach der Renovierung nicht ordentlich grundgereinigt, Schlafzimmer recht staubig, zweites Bad extrem klein
