PIJU LUX APARTMENTS

10/10-highly recommended! We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this apartment. Everything was impeccably clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, and the apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly, responsive… We had a wonderful holiday in Malta and would definitely choose this accommodation again. We have nothing but praise for this place and would sincerely recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Malta!

Would change only the cutlery for better ones.. it’s not a big cost but would do a small difference that matters ;) Sofa bed could be more comfortable ;) otherwise nicely equipped,

Op een fijne lokatie, dichtbij de winkels en restaurantjes. Het is een lekker appartement, zeker voor 2 personen. Wij waren met 4 personen, dat ging ook maar dan slapen er twee op een slaapbank, dat is iets minder comfortabel.

Het dakterras is mooi, maar heeft geen parasol of enige beschutting tegen de zon.

The apartment has a great location – a lovely street, close to beaches, plenty of public transport options, and the ferry, making it easy to get to Valletta. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We stayed in Apartment No. 3, which matched the photos perfectly – it was very spacious, with two balconies and a patio, and had a bright, stylish design.

Maltese sockets use different plugs, and the hosts provided only two adapters, which isn’t enough for an apartment meant for four people – especially since those adapters are also needed for some of the appliances already in the apartment. Speaking of appliances, the kettle, coffee machine, and hairdryer were all very basic and not very comfortable to use. The kettle couldn’t be used at all, as it caused a power outage every time we tried – we informed the hosts, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed. The bed linen was clean but had holes, which left a poor impression. At one point, we also had to catch a huge cockroach ourselves. Despite having a coffee machine, there was no coffee provided. The washing machine persists, but there was no detergent available.
