Sea View Duplex - Sliema Centre

The owner is really really friendly and helpful, he was always available and made us feel really welcome. The location is incredible and close to the bus stops, markets, etc. The apartment was perfect and clean. Recommend it!

Posizione favolosa nel cuore di Silema ma anche a due passi dai traghetti per La Valletta. La casa è ampia spaziosa e accogliente. La pulizia ineccepibile. Gli host sono stati molto disponibili sia nel confermarci il check-in anticipato che nel darci tutte le istruzioni.

Muy acogedor, con una cocina muy equipada, El sofá cama era cómodo, al ser un grupo de 5 hizo falta utilizarlo, buena ubicación, con restaurante y bares muy cerca y vistas a la Valleta,

Nos gustó todo, pero por informar, al ser un dúplex las escaleras interiores para personas con problemas de movilidad o niños pequeños, por lo demás perfecto.

The communication with the Hosts was fast and helpful. Location was perfect. Just few meters from 10min ferry to Valletta and loads of restaurants (can recommend Tiffany's ) Area was safe and massive Welbees supermarket only 10min walk. The apartment was on 2 levels - both bedrooms on level 1 and lounge, kitchen and breakfast bar with views to sea on 2nd level. The stairs between the levels is a bit steep and I have made suggestions to hosts re increasing safety on the stairs. The lift to apartment is definite plus. The apartment is very modern and well designed to use every bit of space. The decor is simple but perfect for a modern apartment. There aren't any english TV channels but there is Netflix & You Tube but you have to long in with your own account. The kitchen gas everything you need. And the Host Rod & Martin left us some very nice treats for our arrival. The windows are double glazed so you dont hear a thing with the windows closed. The showers look a bit odd being in the bedroom but are perfect size and water pressure and temp are great. Have one shower for each room is definitely a plus. The breakfast bar was a highlight having a morning coffee watching the locals going to work and kid off to local school .. made us feel like were actually living there. Also have a few nibbles & wine at the bar before heading out to dinner was great. Can definitely recommend the apartment.

The pigeons mating in the void of the apartment next door caused a restless 1st night sleep for my friend in the back bedroom. Having a bad back affecting my balance a bit, the steps were a bit scary until i got use to them... additional rail at the top of stairs will solve this. There was not many storage areas for clothes or groceries or other purchases but we survive. It might be a bit cramped if there were 4 people with 4 large suitcases.
