ottima posizione, 100 metri dal lungomare, 300 metri da pontile traghetti e fermata autobus, anche linea diretta per aeroporto
- migliorare manutenzione: ho trovato il lavandino otturato e, anche se non ho praticamente non l'ho fatto, non avrei potuto usare la cucina. Ho segnalato la cosa prima di rilasciare l'appartamento. Lo stesso vale per qualche faretto "pendente". - migliorare la pulizia: più che pulito a lucido, sembra "usato poco".
