This brand new 3 bedroom luxury seafront apartment is situated in the
most popular and upmarket town of Sliema. Fort Cambridge is an Award
winning development of Luxury seafront apartments in Malta, where one
can enjoy stunning views in absolute peace and tranquility combined
with 24hr security in complete privacy.
The complex is situated on a historical site, surrounded by its own
large private landscaped gardens, with an Olympic size swimming pool,
fitness centre and underground carpark. While open sea swimming is just
across the road, either from the public beaches or one of the beach
clubs.
The apartment features a huge open plan Living and Dining area with a
fully equipped kitchen and a large seafront terrace with outdoor
furniture. The sleeping quarters consists of a large double bedroom
with en-suite facility, a double bedroom, another double bedroom and a
bathroom. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers high
speed, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and much more. The 7th and 8th persons
sleep on provided folding beds.
Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort
Fitness club which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring,

Lage und die Größe der Räume des Appartements top! Leider jedoch war das Appartment bei genauerem Hinsehen nur oberflächlich sauber. So war es sehr staubig auf dem Fussböden, sodass man nicht auf Strümpfen durch das Appartment gehen konnte ohne diese sofort zu beschmutzen. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer waren alt, durchgesessen und mit alten und leicht dreckigem braunen Schonüberzügen bezogen. Einige Küchen Utensilien waren lange nicht benutzt worden und teilweise leicht verschmutzt und klebrig. Insbesondere die Zitronenpresse war sehr verdreckt. Bei einer Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer gab es einen unansehnlichen Wasserfleck.
Was besonders ekelig war, war der Dreck unter dem massiven Fuss des großen Esstisches im "Living Room".
Der Ausfall der Klimaanlage über eineinhalb Tage während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthalts war ebenfalls sehr unangenehm. Diese war allerdings im gesamten Appartementkomplex ausgefallen und das Problem war somit nicht auf das von uns gemietete Appartement reduziert.
Gesamtfazit: Die Bilder und die Ausschreibung versprechen mehr, als man in der Realität bekommt.
