I searched for hours, by bus, by taxi and finally on foot. The driver called four other drivers, nobody knew, where the guesthouse was. The owner had FORGOTTEN to enregistrer the HOUSENUMBER ! I then searched on foot about 22 houses, no proper sign. I am 58 years old, I fell down on the street and hurt my hip and my knee badly. Someone helped me to get to a cafeteria, from where I contacted the owner and finally got the housenumber. When I asked for help (I was at the nearest cafeteria, about 100 meters maximum from his place and could hardly walk with the luggage) he put the phone down ! Then he called me a (obscene term) and told me to learn how to travel ! Funny, I have travelled about 100 countries in 40 years, and this was the first time, that I did not find my accommodation..... And this "advice" from a person, who forgot to enregistrer his housenumber..... So I never got there and had to pay for another place to stay.

I came to Perugia after a tiring trip from another place. I was very tired and almost gave up because I couldn't find Luca's house. But Luca then helped to find me. The warm personality of Luca really released my stress after long journey I had. And don't forget those 3 social cats, The King, Mama, and Pepe (I forgot the cats' names because they are in Italian). They were also good boys and girl which coloured my traveI. My favorite is Pepe because he's curios and playful just like me 😘. I had conversations with Luca for few hours after my arrival. I was happy because I could see, touched, and smelled plants that Luca had. I got some informations also about those plants. I never seen those plants before (I'm Asian, the vegetations are very different between tropical land and in Italy). I slept in a beautiful room, so I had privacy because it's a room, not a room shared with other guests. I didn't lock the door because I knew I was in a safe house. I was happy because the window is big! I love such things, 70 years old building and the key of the window is also unique. I was really happy to open the window in the morning! The next day Luca let me stay without limiting the time. (But ofcourse I stayed only as long as I needed because Luca would need time to tidy up the room again, right?!). And in the morning, I drinked coffee with 2 other guests, she cooked coffee with moka machine (or how do Italians write it?). Julia and Ricardo (the guests) are also nice Italians. Until now I'm still happy to remember my conversation with them and how funny Julia was. It's difficult to describe the feeling.. You just naturally know as a human that you're in the right place because Luca's heart provides positive vibe!

For someone who is bad in reading maps (like me), better to ask the direction to Luca first so you'll be easier to find the house.

We stayed at casa di Luca for two nights and had the most amazing time. It wasn’t because casa di Luca was luxurious and hotel like, but more because it wasn’t. I have never felt so much at home, staying at someone else’s home. Luca was a generous host, welcoming, helpful and had the best of vibes. Me and my partner, sat outside on the “upcoming” terrace, with Luca and another amazing guest, where we talked for hours about life, big and small things. We all got to know each other very well. It has to be noted, that casa Di Luca is for the people with open minds, good vibes, social and not allergic of cats 😀🥰 this place is nothing like anything else you find on booking, it is special. The owner is extremely welcoming, always greeted with a smile. Excellent value for money, and the best nights sleep you could ask for.” It felt like home. The location is verry good. Close to the centrum. The bus stops 1 meter from the b&b. I will come back! Thankyou luca.

Os Gatos, Luca, a casa e a localização!

Una notte è stato troppo poco, ma arrivare dopo una giornata lunghissima fra viaggi e lezioni all'università... e trovare una bella chiacchierata come se fossi arrivato a casa di un amico. Farsi due chiacchiere la mattina sul terrazzo con un po' di sole e i gatti che giocano: non ha prezzo! Anzi ce l'ha ed è pure ottimo, il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo che possiate trovare. E, infatti, ci tornerò prestissimo

Il Soggiorno è stato molto gradevole, con una accoglienza che va incontro alle esigenze dell'ospite. Luca è un padrone di casa veramente speciale, ha simpatia e massima discrezione, fa sentire a proprio agio con semplicità. Inoltre: ben riscaldato, Si può cucinare, il Parcheggio è vicino, il luogo è tranquillo ma col Mini-metrò per andare in centro che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. I lavori in corso per ammodernare tecnicamente sia la Casa che il giardino saranno il coronamento per offrire il massimo del confort. Un luogo dove tornare senz'altro per soggiornare in vero relax a Perugia pur avendo impegni di lavoro da svolgere.   Grazie di cuore e Viva gli amorevoli Gatti! Un cordiale saluto  Antonella

La verdad que a mi me gusto todo del alojamiento. Me sentí como en mi casa, y estuve con Luca y Andrea con quienes compartimos muchas charlas lindas, profundas, risas, tocamos la flauta, estuvo genial, son personas excepcionales y de gran corazón. Sinceramente me fui de ahí, sin ganas de irme. Gracias por tanto!

Da Luca ho avuto un'accoglienza umana calorosa, che resterà nel mio cuore. Una vera perla in mezzo a tanti soggiorni in strutture asettiche di cui presto scorderò anche il nome.

La tranquillità, la cordiale e discreta ospitalità di Luca, la piacevole compagnia dei gatti, la posizione (vicino al centro ma immerso nel verde e con tutti i servizi a 3 minuti). Per il prezzo pagato sono più che soddisfatto.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto perché ho trovato ciò che mi aspettavo. Come ha già scritto qualcuno prima di me e come mi aveva specificato Luca, ci sono difetti strutturali (la casa avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione) e difetti legati alla peculiarità del posto (il proprietario fa tutto, dai letti alla muratura, al giardinaggio, alla burocrazia). Ci può stare che ci siano dimenticanze (nella mia stanza mancava l'asciugamano, mi è stato dato appena richiesto).

Host molto accogliente e disponibile, posto tranquillo ma curato, c'è tutto quello che serve

Intanto il proprietario è una persona disponibilissima che, nei limiti del possibile, cerca di andare incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Poi ovviamente la compagnia dei gatti è impagabile.

Non credo ci sia molto da migliorare. La struttura è in una bella posizione e quando impari a conoscere la città ti sposti abbastanza bene. Quello che in genere l'ospite pensa si debba migliorare è nei limiti di una struttura le cui carenze sono ben spiegate anche all'atto del pagamento, ma del resto al prezzo proposto si accettano di buon grado. Inoltre l'impegno del proprietario supplisce alla grande.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, cokolwiek będzie wam potrzeba, na pewno się dogadacie i i Luca pomoże wam ze wszystkim! Cudowne słodkości w polecanej przez niego pasticcerii, ale jeszcze słodsze koty, które sprawiały, że wybór pomiędzy zwiedzaniem, a zostaniem w domu był naprawdę ciężki:) Sam dom i miasto na pewno warte powrotu! Luca, Mamma, Pacone, Pepe, Foscolo, Ernesto, Marie&Andrea, Asia, Gramscinoinoino❤️ è stato un piacere di conoscervi! Spero che un giorno ci rivedremo!

Mi perdoni Booking ma più che “struttura” è a tutti gli effetti casa , quindi se cercate un posto asettico e aesthetic non fa per voi, idem se vi danno fastidio i gatti , che sono il valore aggiunto. Però la chicca è il padrone di casa , dopo qualche minuto, mi sembrava di conoscerlo da sempre .

La casa è migliorabile sotto certi aspetti , ma Luca lo sa benissimo e sono sicura che piano piano si dedicherà alle migliorie .

Non è una nota sfavorevole, ma non adatto a chi è allergico ai gatti.

La casa di Luca é facilmente accessibile in autobus e a piedi. L’accoglienza é il punto forte dell’alloggio: Luca e i suoi gatti sanno come farti sentire subito a tuo agio.

Nella casa c’è un po’ di disordine, ma la mia stanza era pulita ed ordinata.

Korzystna lokalizacja, doskonały kontakt z Luką, funkcjonalna toaleta. Niedaleko do centrum Perugii, w sąsiednich uliczkach wiele krzewów ozdobnych, kwiatów. Duzy supermarket spożywczy w odległości 15 minut.

Kuchnię i jej wyposażenie ( naczynia, sztućce, otwieracz do wina) można doposażyć by turysta był bardziej zadowolony.

Posizione comodissima, ho raggiunto il centro a piedi e si è parcheggiato a poche decine di metri

Luca es muy amable y generoso, me sentí como en la casa de un amigo, conversamos mucho y fue muy atento en todo lo que le comenté. Sus gatos son un amor y me encantó compartir tiempo con ellos también (y si no te gustan igual ellos no molestan). Mi estadía fue todo lo q buscaba y mejor aún. Recomiendo mucho alojarse con él si buscan un lugar que se sienta como casa, tranquilo y a poquísimos minutos del centro
