The very city center.

Wonderful personal, ready to help. The very city center. Bus stop - 3 minutes walking. Mini metro - 15 minutes walking. The apartment has a small kitchen with all necessary. The host has given us a kettle, the stove works good if you put proper power and temperature

The location was perfect! It had everything you need for a short stay. The price was super affordable and the property was clean.

I think if more care was put into the decor this perfectly located property could be even better! While this accommodation is clean and in a great location, it did feel a bit dated.

A lovely accomodation central to Perugia, hot water is limited however facilities are superb.

The location, the friendliness of the host regarding transport options for arrival.

The hot water was very limited - maybe 30s-1min of hot water per shower. The room was also quite cold due to the time period we visited in, however leaving the heating on at all times helped warm up the rooms after a couple of days.

You'll likely fall asleep before the kitchen stove gets anything boiling. Replacing it with even the cheapest electric unit would immensly increase the guests' comfort.

A Truly Memorable Stay in Perugia! I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in this charming flat in Perugia, and I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience. This trip was incredibly sentimental for me, as it was my first visit back after 25 years — a nostalgic journey to reconnect with my roots from my youthful days as a 20-something living in this beautiful city. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean, and well-equipped with all the facilities I needed. I especially appreciated being able to cook for myself — it made my stay feel even more authentic and homely. The price was very fair, offering great value for such a lovely place in a prime location.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect — just a short, leisurely walk to the historic center, Etruscan gate, allowing me to immerse myself in the timeless beauty of Perugia’s streets and landmarks. The flat itself was in a magical spot, with a tiny street that added a special charm and character to my stay.

Great location. Easy improvements (see above) should make this a great place to stay in Perugia.

The location is fantastic. It's literally less than 5 minutes from the heart of the city and 2 minutes away from the Etruscan arch. There was no breakfast offered, but I was not expecting one. The place has a kitchenette and all the basic things for preparing one's own food. There was coffee and a moka coffee maker.

The place itself is nice, but a little bit of attention to the décor would make it much better, especially the tablecloth and the bed cover. Investing in a few things to make the place look nicer would be a great improvement, because the room is spacey and comfortable. There is one thing that is awful, however, and that should be very easy to fix: the Internet connection. Often there was no connection to the Internet and when there was, it was pathetically slow. In a world where one needs good Internet connection for virtually everything, taking care of this would go a long way in making this place top.

Enjoyed Perugia, but the worst accommodation we have had in Italy.

Kitchen not clean, dirty glass left on drainer. Cooker top not cleaned. Poor provision of glasses cutlery and plates. Poor directions to property. Misleading information suggesting parking available, but only available in multi-storey car park at 19 euros per day some distance away.

Exceptional

I had a really nice stay! The exchange of the key was easy & uncomplicated and the apartment had everything I needed :) Additionally the location is really good (central, but quite at night). I recommend going to the cafe (it's called pinturicchio cafe + kitchen) across the street. Thanks for the amazing stay! :)

Peccato bastava poco

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e il fatto che ci fosse la cucina elettrica,

Purtroppo noi ci adattiamo Sempre , ma l’asciugamano con capelli di altre persone attaccati anche no… siamo arrivati prima dell’orario del check-in e abbiamo gentilmente chiesto di poter lasciare gli zaini. L’host ci ha detto che non sarebbe stato lì prima di un’ora .. invece era dentro la casa che doveva pulirla. Erano le 12. Ho notato che il piumone che ha lasciato era lo Stesso del letto sfatto da altri ospiti.. ovvio che non posso provarlo.. ma sono abbastanza sicura. Comunque la Casa andrebbe pulita decisamente meglio tra un cambio e l’altro di persone.. ripeto noi siamo alla mano.. ma non esageriamo. L’aspetto non è di casa fresca e pulita. Alle 14 e 30 siamo tornati e lui non c’era più… quindi ha pulito in un batter d’occhio 🥲L’host ci ha chiesto di mandare il giorno prima i documenti sulla sua mail .. non penso sia molto regolare e poi la tassa di soggiorno che chiede è di 1,50 al giorno quando su Booking è indicato 1 euro. Mah…. Ragnatele a parte, mi sono lamentata solo dell asciugamano mandandogli la foto, nemmeno si è scusato. Perciò mi sento di recensire l’alloggio così perché davvero non mi sono sentita in un posto pulito.

Direi che sono rimasta un po' delusa dalla posizione,

In modo particolare non mi e'piaciuto il letto,le lenzuola e le coperte,avevano colori un po' strani...non mi dava la sensazione di pulito. Stessa cosa per asciugamani e bagno.basterebbe prendere degli asciugamani di colori base ,stirati e coordinati.

La posizione centrale e la disponibilità di Gabriele. Noi ci siamo mossi con i mezzi e dall'appartamento eravamo molto comodi negli spostamenti

La casa avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione e di essere seguita maggiormente nelle pulizie. Mi sarei aspettata di trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in casa a disposizione

Buono ma potenzialmente eccellente.

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità del gestore, la posizione del monolocale e la tranquillità della posizione. Anche i servizi di Wi-Fi, climatizzazione e acqua calda sanitaria sono stati molto soddisfacenti. Purtroppo nonostante la super gentilezza e prontezza del proprietario alcune cose devono essere migliorate. Infatti, appena entrato nella stanza ho trovato un cartone della pizza lasciato sul frigo di cui ho fatto presente al proprietario e il quale si è scusato e reso disponibile per poterlo gettare via.

Poca attenzione ai dettagli. L'arredamento è molto vecchio, e considerando il prezzo di pernottamento con qualche piccolissima spesa potrebbe davvero diventare una struttura eccellente. Inoltre, la mia prenotazione riportava come tassa di soggiorno una spesa a notte per persona pari a 1,00 euro ma in realtà il gestore mi ha richiesto 1,50/notte. Sono piccole cose che possono fare anche la differenza. Infine suggerirei una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia generale della camera.

La camera non è proprio adatta per un bed and breakfast. Appena entrato ho pensato di andare in hotel pur perdendo quanto gia pagato. Forte puzza di muffa, pavimenti vecchi, letto con un materasso che affonda, manca l'asciugacapelli. È un vero peccato. Se il proprietario facesse un piccolo investimento sull'immobile che affitta l'aspetto complessivo cambierebbe radicalmente.
