You will spend your holidays surrounded by greenery, in contact with nature in a welcoming and stimulating environment.
Born around a small farm that produces olive oil, wine and jams, it is made up of charming apartments, recently renovated, bright and panoramic, and a splendid swimming pool overlooking the valley with a panoramic view of the city of Perugia.
The fox and grape farm in Perugia is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature in a familiar and comfortable context. Raffaella, the owner, lives inside the company with her family and her presence and availability guarantee everyone an unforgettable holiday.
The farm is located in a strategic position to get to know Umbria: it is only 4km from the historic center of Perugia, 15km from Assisi, 20km from Gubbio, 20km from Lake Trasimeno and offers a suggestive view of the Umbrian landscape.
In the farmhouse it is possible to stay in a 40sqm apartment consisting of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is panoramic and bright and overlooks the valley. It is recommended for a couple, or for a couple with children. The apartment is furnished with rustic style furniture: we want our guests, even for a few days' stay, to feel at home in a cozy house! . It is equipped with TV and free wifi. It has an independent entrance and independent heating. It overlooks a common green area furnished with chairs and tables for outdoor dining.
