OK for overnight. Dirtyness does not allow to enjoy the stay.

Beds were comfortable, though a bit narrow.

It is not 10 min to centre walking, but at least 15-20 min, you have to walk 2 hills up. It was a dirty appartment, owner apparently does not maintain it. Good enough for overnight, not for enjoying the stay.Do not expect much for breakfast. For the money would be ok, but the dirt is unforgivable.

Un tetto sulla testa e un letto comodo e pulito abbastanza vicino al centro, nulla più!

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte quindi la recensione è proprio su una prima impressione. La posizione si è rivelata abbastanza comoda anche se noi abbiamo preferito comunque spostarci in auto. È possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente nei pressi della struttura. Per quanto bruttino, l'appartamento è pulito e i letti sono fra i più comodi che abbia mai trovato. La proprietaria è gentile e molto disponibile. Non ho usufruito di alcun servizio ma ho visto che c'era una cucina immagino ad uso comune.

È veramente un alloggio tanto datato e poco curato negli arredi, non ha la TV in camera. Dà l'impressione della casa della nonna lasciata libera e senza manutenzione. Il bagno in comune senza doccia solo vasca con tenda e doccino, serramenti che si aprono e chiudono a fatica, persiane inesistenti da quanto distrutte. "Rattoppi" ovunque come la vernice sul pavimento a coprire le piastrelle ma solo in alcuni punti, porta della camera con vecchia serratura difficile da aprire e chiudere senza stare a ravanare con la chiave nella toppa per diversi secondi. Diciamo che il primo impatto è bruttino anche perché le scale del palazzo si presentano proprio male però effettivamente è pulito e offre tutto quello che serve senza fronzoli. Viene richiesta una cauzione che prontamente viene restituita in caso non vengano rilevati danni.

Experiencia HORRIBLE, surrealista y para no volver.

Lo único que me gustó fue la almohada en comparación con otros hoteles.

No se salva nada. Después de avisar a la Sra Anastasia varias veces de que llegaría por la noche, al llegar me faltaba una llave en todo el juego (la de la habitación). Al entrar en la habitación que supuestamente era la mía (la nº 1), ya había gente hospedada ahí. Se me indicó que probase a abrir en la puerta nº 3. Había una pareja que había reservado para la noche del 25/09 al 26/09 (jueves), pero se habían quedado ahí la noche del viernes y me proponen buscarme (A MI) y pagarme otro hotel. ALUCINANDO ME QUEDO. Mi pregunta es: no va nadie a limpiar y recoger la habitación y además controlar la gente que tiene que salir??? Puede entrar cualquiera en mi habitación mientras yo estoy fuera????? Por otro lado, te piden una FIANZA de 30€, la cual te informan una vez que ya has reservado, y lo mejor de todo, TE DEVUELVEN MENOS SI HAY COMISIÓN A LA HORA DE LA DEVOLUCIÓN PORQUE ES A TU CARGO. Piso antiguo y sin ningún mantenimiento. Todo más viejo que la playa. Las llaves del año de la picor, casi son de castillo medieval. No volvería a alojarme ahí ni aunque me saliera gratis!!! Consejo: paga un poco más y olvídate de este sitio. Porque encima está en a tomar por el culo del centro y de la estación de tren
