We loved our stay at Casa Rovere! The size of the apartment was awesome, and the location relative to the main bus route to Perugia was fantastic. We really appreciated how kind our hosts were, and we look forward to coming back!

Exceptional

The hosts were very friendly, the house has everything to make your stay comfortable. Corado and Aurora gave us enough wood for the fireplace. There was a separate parking space for the car. The washing machine was in the garage. We are very pleased that this accommodation was available on our dates, we hope to visit it again on our next visit to Perugia.

It really felt like home with everything I needed at hand,

Its very easy to give an unending list of what I liked of the hosts and the property. The property is superbly furnished (fixtures and furniture) well supplied with toiletries/towels etc well everything you would expect in a very homely apartment. Its is immaculately clean, fully provided with what one would need to feel at home, well maintained and topped up with the attention of some really wonderful and respectful hosts who took the trouble to stock fridge and cupboards with food needed for breakfast. I would like to recommend that prospective visitors to Perugia do not miss to spend their leisure time in this wonderful place. I will certainly be back. Thank you Aurora & Corrado.

Ottima location per visitare Perugia e i dintorni

Essendo nella prima periferia di Perugia la posizione era buona per arrivare sulla tangenziale. I gestori sono persone molto gentili e la casa è accogliente. C'è un supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.

All'interno del cortile dell'abitazione è a disposizione un parcheggio coperto che però è molto stretto come anche la strada per arrivare al civico. E' anche vero che nei dintorni è semplice trovare un parcheggio libero.

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto e super pulito, posizione ottimale per visitare l' Umbria

Mancanza di parcheggio e poca chiarezza nelle descrizioni, la tassa di soggiorno c'è scritto 10 per 2 per 5 notti e non capisco perché ne abbiamo pagati 5€ in più,il parcheggio era compreso ma non lo fanno utilizzare ,è un po' scomodo

Appartamento delizioso, completo di tutto, la colazione non era inclusa ma i gestori hanno avuto cura di mettere tutto l'occorrente per farla il primo giorno, di modo che, appena arrivati non c'è bisogno di correre a fare la spesa, c'era latte, fette biscottate, merendine, nutella, marmellate, burro e bottiglie di acqua, il bagno poi era completo di docciaschiuma shampoo e sapone. Il posto è tranquillissimo con tanto verde. Sicuramente lo consiglio.

La casa è molto accogliente e curata ed è fornita di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno di più giorni. La disponibilità del parcheggio interno alla struttura. La struttura pet friendly.

Perfetto per Perugia e dintorni

Appartamento spazioso alle porte di Perugia. Fornito di tutto il necessario, non manca proprio niente. I proprietari abitano al piano di sopra ma sono molto discreti e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Letto comodo, silenzio la sera. Posizione perfetta per girare i dintorni di Perugia (lo svincolo per l'autostrada è molto vicino, così come un supermarket). Una delle migliori strutture dove siamo stati.

Le foto non rendono bene, l'appartamento è molto più grazioso di quello che si vede nelle foto!
