Good appartement with even beter garden in Umbrian countryside, not even 15 minutes ride from Perugia old town.

Bien trop cher pour le lieu
Bon emplacement (même si l'accès n'est pas le plus évident), terrasse sympa (quand on coupe les sons des répulsifs anti-chats).
Gite petit, encombré d'objets inutiles (que nous avons empilés, mis de côté pour gagner de la place). Porte d'entrée qui ne s'ouvre qu'à moitié (pas pratique avec les valises). Peu de débit d'eau dans la cuisine car un des robinets d'arrivée était fermé (on l'a ouvert). Si vous utilisez le salon comme chambre avec le canapé-lit au rez-de-chaussée, les personnes à l'étage dans la "vraie" chambre (petite elle aussi) doivent forcément passer par le salon (!). Ces deux pièces ne sont séparées que par un escalier, on entend tout d'une pièce à l'autre. À l'extérieur, il y a deux objets répulsifs contre les chats qui émettent des sons franchement désagréables, heureusement qu'on a trouvé comment les éteindre sinon on n'aurait pas pu profiter de la terrasse. Et enfin, faire payer 40 euros le ménage quand on voit la saleté sur les bruleurs de la gazinière et la poussière accumulée derrière le meuble du salon, c'est abusé.
