Jackson Holiday Apartments

Staff super friendly, apartment very clean and spacious, location excellent and added extras like toiletries in bathroom and fans in the room were great.

Not the apartments fault but the air conditioning unit outside was so loud and kareoke from the pub next door kept us awake.

The host was lovely, she was so friendly and very helpful.

Parking was a bit of an issue as it is central which is to be expected There is a qr code for the closest car park which is really helpful as it's only a stone throw away.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable. Having all kitchen appliances available to use was also great.

The only issues were that the building had a lift in it that was broken, which meant my elderly mum had to climb flights of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Also the living room sofa had a low back so although it was quite modern and stylish, it wasnt very comfortable as it didnt offer any neck support. The front door lock was also jamming on one evening but seemed to get fixed quickly when reported. Also noisy aircon units were below the main window which we could hear nearly all the time because we had to keep opening the windows to keep the temperature maintained.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, modern

The massive negative wS tge constant BOOM BOOM BOOM from the bar opposite playing music top notes from noon until 1 am . So whilst the airiness itself was good this noise was like being tortured
