Very clean, friendly staff. Excellent location for what I needed. Lovely breakfast included. Door stop toast was fab!
Downside of being on main road is it's noisy at night but that was to be expected. Personal preference but bed was too soft for my liking.

Clean and located not far from winter gardens. Breakfast good and staff very friendly.
Had to ask for extra toilet rolls and towels as stopped for 5 nights.
