A great option for a short stay

Spacious and cozy apartment right in the center of Asti with a dedicated parking spot a five minutes walk away.

WiFi does not work. Both showers’ drains could be cleaned better.

Lovely modern apartment within walking distance to restaurants and shops

I had chosen this apartment for its location to the Food and Wine festival held in Asti over the weekend of September 12th. It was in a perfect location as we could easily walk to where the festival was being held as well as well as to sit in the stands and watch the parade. The apartment was very modern and although it was just the two of us, we appreciated having two bathrooms and used the second bedroom to store our suitcases. There is an elevator in the building which was great. Parking in the garage was initially difficult to get into despite the directions that we had to use the lock box. Luckily we were able to contact the point of contact and he sent someone over to assist us. We appreciated the quick response. It's difficult to find room to pull the car over and deal with the lock box.

excellent for stay near the castle, but not for long or light sleepers

location is great if you have a party at the castle there is a lot of space view is splendid

not clean at arrival no kitchen towels - landloard delivered afterwards microwave still food from previous - landlord made good with bottle of wine I prefer duvet in sheet bag, than these dusty heavy blankets glass residues on terrace from previous renters bells from churches in the neighboorhood make a hell of a noise each half an hour from 8 PM till check-out no water in village, but landlord cannot be blamed for that

The location of the property is great! Everything is within 5-10’ max walking distance. The property was clean and had all amenities. Beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms are a plus!

Excellent choice for a trip to Asti

A spacious and cozy apartment, it’s conveniently located in the center of Asti. Very clear check in instructions were provided. A private parking a minute away from the apartment is a great option for those traveling by car.

WiFi did not work - not a problem for us. The shower door in one of the bathrooms would not close easily and needs to be held down for a minute to stay closed.

Un po’ di servizi non funzionanti :televisore in camera che non andava ,cassetti un po’ sgangherati ,acqua dei lavandini che esce poco (andrebbero puliti i filtri) ,doccia in un bagno che perde acqua ,cibo aperto e posso ( fette biscottate e biscotti )e marmellata fuori dal frigo con muffa .Eviterei di lasciare lì cibo in quelle condizioni.

Appartamento bellissimo con tutte le comodità

Ci è piaciuto tutto, veramente. Parcheggio custodito a 100 mt dalla struttura. Appartamento molto luminoso, al terzo piano con ascensore. 2 grandi camere, due bagni, una bella cucina con tutto il necessario, 2 balconcini. Tutto perfetto e pulito. Ci sono anche mappe e documentazione sulle langhe da poter consultare. In pieno centro ma in zona tranquilla, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Letti confortevoli, anche i letti a castello. Armadi grandi con tanto spazio. Tutto il necessario anche per lavare ed asciugare, in una stanzetta vicino alll'entrata. Insomma, tutto perfetto. Lo raccomando

O único problema foi o estrado da cama do quarto de casal: as madeiras se deslocam e o colchão afunda. E há um pequeno vazamento da água do box quando se usa o chuveiro.

Appartamento confortevole, nuovo e perfettamente pulito. La posizione è perfetta per potersi muovere al centro di Asti in una zona dove sono presenti attività di tutti i generi. Modalità di self check in/out gestite in maniera precisa e con un perfetto supporto.
