Spaciousness charming apartment renovated by our host. Lorenzo was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Asti region. The location was great and we enjoyed the various food items for breakfast.

An overnight stop off proved to be a great experience.

Convenient for the route from south to north and just on edge of the old town. We were greeted by the owner and we drove our car into the courtyard where it was very secure. We were given a short tour of the accommodation, and given a very helpful map of Asti town which made for a very enjoyable visit. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and the owner had been very thoughtful in the equipment and supplies provided. The breakfast was good too. Great place, very good value.

Well equipped, comfortable and good location.

We had a super apartment (called the loft for some reason). Well equipped, lots of space and very comfortable. Lorenzo was welcoming. The inner courtyard (also car parking area) was quiet and a relaxing place to sit.

Great location, great host, great apartment - would go again!

Very friendly host, very helpful - suggested us some restaurants (reservation is needed though!) and things to do in Asti. Apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. Location is superb, 5 min walking to city center, groceries shops nearby. The property has secured parking spaces, entrance with the car is narrow but manageable. Great stay! Can only recommend.

This place is a gem! Everything is clean and updated and organized. Just beautiful!

Lorenza and his parents were there when we arrived and provided us with the keys and then Lorenzo showed us around the apartment. We had parking in the courtyard of the enclosed area so we had no worries about our car. It was a perfect location to see all of the attractions in Asti by foot. There was air-conditioning which was perfect for the late summer heat. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the bathroom was very large. The kitchen was perfectly organized and had all we needed to prepare food and sit on the private patio for a evening dinner. The home was very clean and comfortable. They had fruit, eggs and juice in the fridge as well as toasts and other goodies for breakfast. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a stay of any length in Asti. We hope to return next year for the Asti Palio in September 2023.

Lovely and friendly place to stay at.

Very clean and spacious rooms with AC in every room. 5 star to the owner, helped us with proposals for places to see/restaurants etc. very helpful and nice person. The room was in the old part of town, lovely walk around there.

We were used to bigger breakfasts and there were no bakery shop around.

Lovely apartment. Lots of room. Amazingly stocked in terms of fruit and fresh juice biscuits etc. Very friendly and helpful owner. Located far enough from centre to be quieter but only short walk from centre and station. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Spacious, clean, fully furnished and equipped. The perfect stay in the beautiful town of Asti, lying at the start of its main street.

Maybe a bit cold when we got there, but the heaters are efficient.

The tintoria suites are perfect. The hosts are so kind and helpful. The appartement meets high standards of space, confort and cleanliness. And the location is also great because it is very quiet and at the same time close to the center. I recommand it strongly.

Amazing - worth going to Asti for this apartment!

Oh my - this has to be one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in: it is full of charm and character with a beautiful internal courtyard to sit and relax in. It is about a 5 minute walk from the centre - along beautiful, cobbled streets - so we were close to everything, but in a really quiet area. Lorenzo is a fantastic host - had lots of suggestions and ideas for eating and visiting. He left a great basket of goodies for us as well as yoghurts, eggs, milk etc for our independent breakfasts. Supermarkets are close (a large Pam's about 20 minutes walk) and an eco supermarket about 5 minutes away. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but there is a launderette about 2 minutes walk from the apartment that is efficient and you are in and out with the hour (it is attended, so you don't have to stay). Asti has a train station which is great to get to many place - including Torino within 30 minutes.

Apartment was very well-equipped, including very nice breakfast items in the refrigerator. Owner made it easy for me to charge my electric car during the stay. Parking was private, secure and off the street.

really nice stay in a house one centuty old

Great location, close to "Torre Rossa" and the start of beautiful Corso Vittorio Alfieri with its historical palaces. The house itself has over a century of history, was previosly a artisanal establishment and has now been very well retrofitted to spacious apartments, maintaining its original architectural features. Long balconies and terraces face the large internal courtyard, with a wineyard of the same age as the house and flowers. The apartment where I was faces the internal courtyard and is absolutely quiet. The owner was available for suggestions about the visit to the town and made us visit the machines used in the artisanal establishment, which they conserve in a sort of mini-museum, really interesting. In summary, the house in itself is part of the historical setting of the city.
