Beltran apartment by People Rentals

Location was good, the unit was clean and had what we needed.

It was hot enough that AC would have been helpful, and it was hard to find out if there was AC or not, as it did not say one way or another in the listing and the representative I called took 10 mintutes to figure it out. With no screens on the windows, mosquitos got in and I got bit a number of times. Also, the kitch trash can pedal opening mechanism didn't work, and the showers got water all over the bathroom floors since they have no doors. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions on the lock - both that the keypad of the lockbox where the keys are stored opens its panel outwards rather than opening the U lock, and the key once inserted in the door needs to be turned 5 full revolutions clockwise to fully retract the deadbolt.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y nuevo.

Al llegar hacía frío y no conseguimos una buena ayuda para saber cómo iba la calefacción. Faltan colgadores en los baños para poder colgar las toallas y toallas para los pies.

El piso decorado con gusto y con reforma integral.

Las almohadas muy mejorables. Echamos en falta gel/champú/aceite/sal. Al menos en monodosis.

Appartamento situato a 5-10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bilbao in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti quindi non abbiamo sfruttato a pieno l'appartamento ma si vedeva che era ben attrezzato e ben tenuto, anche a livello di pulizia. Il check-in autonomo è stato semplice e veloce.

Se proprio bisogna trovare delle note negative non era presente il bagnoschiuma o il sapone nei bagni e abbiamo dovuto comprarlo.
