Good conversation with the host, the living room and the bathrooms are nicely done. It is nice that you have fans in every room.

A window was missing and instead of it there was plastic wrap. It is very noisy and it gets really warm, even with the fan, especially in the room facing the inner courtyard. The towels were overused. And the location, even though it is close and walking distance to the city center and San Mamés or Guggenheim, it is even closer to a very bad and dangerous looking neighbourhood (San Francisco). We made the mistake of walking through it to get to the city center and ended up very close to a gang fight. The Zabalburu area is also not very nice.

Location was good, the unit was clean and had what we needed.

It was hot enough that AC would have been helpful, and it was hard to find out if there was AC or not, as it did not say one way or another in the listing and the representative I called took 10 mintutes to figure it out. With no screens on the windows, mosquitos got in and I got bit a number of times. Also, the kitch trash can pedal opening mechanism didn't work, and the showers got water all over the bathroom floors since they have no doors. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions on the lock - both that the keypad of the lockbox where the keys are stored opens its panel outwards rather than opening the U lock, and the key once inserted in the door needs to be turned 5 full revolutions clockwise to fully retract the deadbolt.

Apartamento amplio, cómodo y nuevo.

Al llegar hacía frío y no conseguimos una buena ayuda para saber cómo iba la calefacción. Faltan colgadores en los baños para poder colgar las toallas y toallas para los pies.

El piso decorado con gusto y con reforma integral.

Las almohadas muy mejorables. Echamos en falta gel/champú/aceite/sal. Al menos en monodosis.
