Very nice place for a short stay

Location 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Location 5/5 Staff 6/5 -- When we arrived, there was only auxiliary staff to help us with the check-in. When we asked for the parking, they told us in front of the hotel. We parked in the street. There was plenty of space. The next morning, we found a receipt for 50 Leke (60 USD cents) for the first hour of parking. We did not mind paying that amount. Later, we discovered there was another park-ish area just crossed the street, but we do not know if it was administered by the municipality or not, (free or paid). Breakfast was very ok for the structure size, and the price we paid. I do not understand the making it an issue in the reviews. They even served Albanian homemade donuts. It was served inside ( 5-6 tables) and outside in a nice yard (it did not have a lot of flowers, so you cannot call it a garden), but it had shade and was cool... very ok overall.

We arrived tired and checked in after 4 pm. Our room faced an inner garden of a neighbour. We thought to sleep for an hour and go out in the city. Just after falling asleep, the neighbour, a woodworker, started working on a cupboard, and the noise had ups and downs. For us, this was bearable, but you should know. At 5:30 am in the morning, there was a blackout in the neighbourhood. The absence of power triggered the fire alarm (the noise for no power). It was just 5 minutes, but the worst of my life. Please, hotel staff, put some batteries in that fire alarm, as blackouts are somehow common in our country. Despite all of the above, I had a very nice experience with the staff and would return again... only if they put batteries in the fire alarm :).

The rooms were very comfortable with new furniture and very clean. Location was fine, near the promenade :) and hosts very kind. Over all it was worth it.

The breakfast area was a bit small and not easy to move around. Rooms needed better sound insulation since noises could be heard from inside. Maybe a divider from the hall area could help The shower was opened and without a cab and the water was spread all around the bathroom.

First time in Pogradec with my family and we really enjoyed it ! The rooms were just like the photos ! The staff was really kind towards us the whole time ! Located in the heart of Pogradec ! Really highly recommend!

Proximité du lac , nous avions pris 2 lits simples , chambre propre et confortable au rez-de-chaussée , établissement calme

Réception ouverte mais personne, communication difficile, pour le parking , le personnel n'était pas au courant. Petit déjeuner très très très mauvais, pas de café la dame nous montre la cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas puis du thé mais pas d'eau. Des tranches de pain de mie et quelques oeufs durs.

quarto simples mas confortavel. boa localização perto de tudo. equipe muito simpatica e eficiente. limpeza ok. conforto bom. pena que não tenha tantas atrações por perto, mas não seria culpa do hotel

bem localização, conrfortavel mas a região não tem muita coisa a fazer. o quarto e bom e bem localizado atrações somente o lago, as outras seriam trilhas para quem esta a fim deste tipo de programa. as principais atrações por perto estão na macedonia, bem pertinho mas precisa fazer imigração out e in.

Fijne moderne kamer

Locatie is top en alles was nieuw en modern. Zit een simpel maar prima ontbijt bij.

Het kussen was wat te hard (maar dit ook aangegeven) en een douchewand zou handig zijn, want de badkamer was snel een waterpaleis.
