The location is amazing, the house is only a couple meters from the lake, the view is stunning all day long. really incredible ! the owners are adorable, and during the hot season it must be amazing to cook and eat outside (not recommended during cold season).
The bathroom could improve a lot with a longer shower curtain. The current one is too short and the bathroom gets flooded.

Beautiful location.
The property felt like more of a frat house than a stay on a serene beach. I was the only other guest aside from a family that played very loud music from 9AM until well after midnight, and essentially got drunk and trashed the common areas. To get to my room I had to pass through their festivities and they had clearly claimed all common areas as theirs. Not the hosts' fault per se, but it shouldn't be rented to other guests if the intended use for another group is an all-night keg party on a beautiful beach. I want to hear waves lapping, I heard hammered guests playing music at top volume at all hour.
