Great location, comfortable stay.

The beds where super comfortable, enough space for us as a family of 4. (2 pre teens) Great view over the lake. Pool looked good, we didn’t get a chance to swim. Breakfast was nice enough choice

The shower sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom floor wet/slippy.

Great location

The location was fantastic right on the lake front. There was a good size car park. The staff were helpful. We had a family room which was separated. There was loads of space. The bathroom was lovely.

The decoration of the hotel was a little bit tiered The breakfast choice could be improved. There were no labels to inform what the food and drink was.

Nice stay, spaceous but cold room

Our room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony) was very spacious, clean and had a nice view. The hotel itself was a bit worn out. The long corridors felt like a hospital and were freezing. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The room was very cold when we arrived (14°C). It was 12°C outside and althought the room had A/C, which did the heating work, it had only one plastic key, which meant that the heater was on only when being in the room. It would be nice to consider that if you have a booking, you will heat the room beforehand at least to 20°C and give 2 keys so that it would be comfortable to stay.

Amazing views with great staff. Awesome location!!!

It's an incredible location. It's lake front and the view is amazing. Loved the cafe, and the restaurant on the water. The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. This was my favorite place during my Albanian adventure.

This was a great stay. Nothing negative to say about this hotel.

A 5 star lake view in a 4 star potential hotel, which is now a 3 star level

The location is nice, with private parking and we had a great lake view room.

The hotel is in need of care, it wasn’t particularly clean and looked after; the service was basic and not at 4 star level. The swimming pool wasn’t clean and too hot, with doors closed and mess around. Breakfast was repetitive and with very little choice and not great quality for the level of a 4 star.

Second year enjoying it

It’s the second year in a row that we spent a few days here. Everything was perfect, the staff very polite and friendly. The location incredible

Good place for a short stay or stop if moving on to North Macedonia

The rooms were nice looking except for the bathrooms. Nice cafe and very friendly/helpful staff. There’s a kids play area next to/ joint to cafe. Very nice view and right but lake shore. Easy to walk around from here!

Balcony were not safe for children. Bathrooms were smelly. Fridge was smelly. Not all clean. The pool was dirty and they charge you extra to use it (€5). The breakfast was okay but no fruits or condiments/salt. No veggie options really

A perfect hotel for a restful stay

The Hotel Enkelana is a beautiful hotel. It is clean with comfortable rooms, ours overlooked the lake. The views were stunning. The reception rooms are truly excellent. There are outside tables and chairs under shade, which made a wonderful place to rest or socialise with our family. The hotel also owns a restaurant and bar on the lake which was idyllic. At check in the staff were really helpful and kind, my daughter and her husband had their bicycles with them, as they are cycling to China and the hotel staff looked after them for us.

The breakfasts were a little bit thin. There wasn't any fruit which would have helped us vegetarians but there was cereal. Sometimes there was bread and sometimes not, and the choice of jam was limited.

Location is perfect, right at the lake. Staff was friendly.

Room was small and especially the shower felt very cramped. Also, the water didn't drain properly so showering was quite a hassle. Overall, the hotel feels dated.

The check in was very smooth, and the staff was very helpful, especially the cleaning lady she always made sure we were provided with towels etc. Our room was very spacious and had amazing an amazing view! Breakfast was included in the price which quite a selection and very tasty, great start of the day!

The bed was uncomfortable as one of the sides kept on sinking every time you would lay on it and the toilet had a quite unpleasant smell.

everything, it was badly maintained, bathrooms are very bad, entering the room was like a horror movie as it was empty and dark until the sensor lights turn on. It is dirty and amenities required in the room is bad, even a telephone in the room isn’t available to call reception! breakfast was also terrible and not a buffet. They don’t deserve this location and this hotel made my visit unpleasant to Pogradec.
