E Bay St Loft by City Market and River Street

Location was fabulous and apartment was very quaint and felt very safe. Would definitely would stay again. Clean apartment public parking garage across road and had parking in front of building for a charge. No elevator so if your not able to do stairs this property not for you.

The reason I did not give better score: lack of communication. We arrived and had issue checking in could not get door to unlock called property and still have not heard from them. Only received check-in and check-out information. TV did not have internet access wi-fi from neighboring establishment normally not an issue but we had 2 out of 3 days of rain and was going to watch a movie and eat in but not able due to issue #2. Still waiting for respond… we geared up walked through town as usual but a dry afternoon would have been nice. #2 Main issue was sewer smell, noticeable when we checked in but waited hoping it would disappear. Smell only got stronger through out our stay another reason moat of our trip was outdoors. Called and texted property… still waiting. Reached out to booking for help. . If the sewer smell wasn’t present or some type of communication would have nice. We could have changed units or we possibly could have relocated. A call advising on the issues would have been appreciated. And our unit 203 is not a city view as described alley and dumpster view.
