The location was absolutely perfect, ideal! The place was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. You can see the barges on the river from the living room window!
The bathroom smelled so disgusting and the smell would not go away. It smelled like someone had been smoking in there in the past and it was tried to cover up. The smell would not go away and permiated the entire apartment. It was also very easy to hear the other tenants in their neighboring apartments.

The location was excellent, right across the street from River Street
We were not aware of the fact that there was no elevator, only stairs to climb with a suitcase. My husband is 83 so it was a little bit awkward for him to climb the stairs with his suitcase. Also, the only TV available was streaming.

Only complaint, though very minor. Was that the internet was not working.

That it was a loft apartment
It was difficult to find, the pull out couch was nasty and stained, the bed is a mattress on the floor and the room needs a tv other then that it was alright
