Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, one private bedroom, one full bathroom, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.
We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.
Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

The location was great and I could walk all over downtown and the Riverwalk. There were so many dining options right around the condo. The condo was very clean and well stocked. I really like having a kitchen while traveling and theirs had everything I needed during my two week stay. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a special trip for me/us. It can be a gamble finding the right place to stay, but this place was perfect. Best location I’ve booked in my 4 years visiting, hands down!! Living room had a giant tv with a nice pull out sofa for lounging. Place was clean and they had extra sheets/blanket/pillows. Washer and dryer is in the Apt which was great. SUPER easy check in and even better check out as we were told to just pack our bags and lock the door! (no cleaning chores like a lot of places make you do even though a cleaning fee is part of payment…) 10/10 from me!

Had a quick trip to Savannah to get together with my brother and a couple cousins I hadn’t seen in years. This location was incredible. Parking garage only a block away, quick walk to River Street and the flat was incredible. Clean, updated and tons of space. Check in process was super easy, and checkout even easier. The management company was incredibly fast to respond to any question we had. Do not stay in a hotel…the costs were very comparable and so much better!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 305B. It's a great urban setting and not lacking any amenities. Close to everything. It was clean. It was updated. Had everything we needed.
