Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.
We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.
Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

Had a lovely time, enjoyed the property! I would rate it 4.5/5, the only drawback was late night & early morning noise from apartment above (hardwood floors do not provide any kind of sound barrier) and alley out back. Would definitely stay there again! Everything was within walking distance and tons of stuff to do, eat and drink. Just be careful of street parking - the signs they (the city, not the property) have out defining street cleaning (and therefore no overnight parking) are facing the street not the sidewalk. The city really should have notices in the parking app and on the kiosks but they don’t. Result of not knowing that is a 40 parking ticket!

The accommodation's were very nice. The master had a king bed with two windows, while the second bedroom had a queen bed with no windows being an interior room. Both bathrooms were very nice. We stayed during St Patrick’s Day festivities so the building seemed booked to capacity. Walls and ceilings were not soundproofed very well so we could hear conversations, footsteps upstairs were loud. The noise from the alley was started early morning so our friends who had that room had a hard time sleeping with trash trucks, etc. Location was in the heart of everything, restaurants, bars and shopping. Overall the place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The keypad didn’t work very well, it usually took 3 or 4 attempts to get in which was frustrating.

We were 2 couples (brother and our spouses) along with our 18 yo grandson. Check-in was clear and seamless. Great location! Near Leopold's, a variety of restaurants, river walk, hop on, hop off bus tours, DOT free buses, easy walk about city. Typical city noises but nothing too disturbing. Large rooms, comfortable beds and a sofa sleeper.

This place was perfect for our first trip of many to Savannah. It was minutes away from everything! We're a new SCAD family and have found our home away from home! We're not Apple users so we'll need to figure out how to navigate the TV better at our next visit.
