Walk to EVERYTHING! And walk back home again! Close to Paula Deen's, River Street, City Market, The Jepson Center, The Visitor's Center and all the finest restaurants and boutiques in town.

Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. Great place to stay. Safe (passcode to get in the building and another for condo), clean, conveniently located for easy walk to popular places, easy to communicate with person managing the property, well supplied with necessities, and nice place to people watch. There was even a box fan and noise maker to help us sleep. Parking deck is a block or so away but we could pull the vehicle up closer to the door when needed when we wanted to go somewhere and to load/unload luggage. Free parking for one vehicle in the parking garage. We will be returning for future Savannah trips.

The condo was perfect for us. Loved the location. Easy walk to all the places we went. The refrigerator sounds like it’s on the way out. Glad it didn’t happen on out watch.Happy Holidays

I give this rental only a 3. It was a great location but we were immediately concerned at how unkempt the entry lobby, elevator and hallways were. Luckily the unit was in better shape and appeared clean enough but could use some more upkeep (walls and woodwork very scuffed, closet doors worked poorly and second bath needs updating. We had 2 main problems. We were 5 adults so definitely wanted to use at least one of the rollaway beds in the unit. They are awful!! Sagging support frame and the mattresses were so bad the entire beds sagged even without a person in them. We had to come up with another solution. I ended up stacking the 2 bad mattresses on the floor so I could get at least a little support. Those beds should be replaced or removed and list the unit for only 4 people. Even a small child should have better beds. The plus for the unit is the great location so close to the City Market and the river. Everything was walking distance and plenty of restaurants etc nearby and felt safe. The only problem was that we stayed over a Saturday night and the street noise (partying, shouting, engines racing, loud cars and motorcycles) continued until the police started clearing everyone out at 3:00 am!! I talked to residents and they said it is usually that way on Saturday night. Sunday evening was fine for us. Party groups might not mind it but if you want to sleep DON'T stay on a Saturday.
