Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.
We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.
Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.
Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

This property is in the historic district & so is in walking distance of everything we come to see in Savanah. It is comfortable for 4 people with stylish brick walls, very high ceilings, well appointed bathrooms & kitchen & lots of light. We loved it!

The location was ideal and easily walkable to the entire Historic District. The apartment was clean with decidedly minimalist decor. My bed was comfortable, the furniture and the lighting were modern and stylish. The filtered water and in-unit laundry were appreciated. Punching in the room code was challenging, but having the instructions helped a lot and I felt very safe in the building. I was surprised and bummed that there was no box of tissues on hand.

Place was in a great location easy to walk to River Street and your the Historic District. The condo was really nice and clean. The only issue I saw was in the main hallway when you get off the elevator there was a bad smell like fog or cat pee it was so bad that we rushed into the unit to not smell it as it made us almost sick to our stomach. The management company was easy to text with and are very responsive great customer service.
